Martha Humler has written her first witty book about a subject she knows well – service. After graduating from The University of Maine with a degree in Human Development and Business, she spent the next two and a half decades working in retail and advertising, holding various VP Human Resource roles along the way. Martha is forever on a quest to find friendly and efficient service and hopes you will join her service revolution to demand better. She and her husband, Herve, a service-centric leader himself, have two children and reside in Potomac, Maryland.
